Dispatches From Planet Nowhere is an ongoing project that seeks to investigate how fiction can be used in qualitative user research and product development. Through a series of fiction writing workshops participants create worlds that are then analyzed to understand trends, and to gain valuable inspiration and insight for strategic planning and product development.
